Eligibility

• Membership in the Thirsty Axe Rewards program is free.
• Participants must provide a valid email address and/or phone number to enroll.
• Only one loyalty account is permitted per customer.

Earning Points

• Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases made through eligible ordering channels.
• Points are awarded after the transaction has been completed.
• Taxes, gratuities, gift card purchases, and other excluded items do not earn points unless otherwise specified.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with another account.

Redeeming Rewards

• Rewards may only be redeemed by the enrolled member.
• Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or gift cards.
• Unless otherwise stated, only one reward may be redeemed per transaction.
• Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers unless expressly permitted.
• Rewards apply to eligible purchases only. Alcoholic beverages may be excluded where required by law.

Expiration

• Points and rewards may expire if they are not used within the timeframe specified by the program.
• Expired points or rewards cannot be reinstated.

Account Responsibility

• Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
• The Thirsty Axe is not responsible for lost, stolen, compromised, or unauthorized use of loyalty accounts.

Program Changes

• The Thirsty Axe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program, including point values, rewards, eligibility requirements, and these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice.

Fraud & Abuse

• Any misuse, fraud, abuse, or attempted manipulation of the Loyalty Program may result in the forfeiture of points, rewards, suspension of the account, and removal from the program at the sole discretion of The Thirsty Axe.

Privacy

• Personal information collected through the Loyalty Program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will be used to administer the program, communicate rewards, and provide relevant offers and updates.
